Order Processing

Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products may require 7–21 business days (or as communicated at the time of purchase) before dispatch.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Shipping Within India

We ship to most locations across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.
International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

International delivery timelines generally range from 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost unless specifically mentioned.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website whenever applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to respond, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order.
Khiamals Sarees shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs arising from:

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

Do not accept the package if possible.

Take clear photographs of the package.

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of the delivery attempt.
We will investigate the matter with our logistics partner and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Partial Shipments
In certain cases, multiple products from the same order may be shipped separately based on product availability or packaging requirements. You will be informed if your order is dispatched in multiple shipments.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our Cancellation Policy. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
